Book of Gates introduces a unique expanding reel system with three hidden rows above the main gameplay area. Each winning combination triggers a RESPIN and unlocks an additional row, dramatically increasing your ways to win from 3,125 in the base game up to an extraordinary 32,768 ways during the third RESPIN stage.
All symbol values shown are based on a 2.00 EUR bet. The highest-paying symbol is the armored Red Warrior deity, awarding 50 EUR for five-of-a-kind. Wins are calculated on adjacent symbols from left to right across the dynamic reel structure, with only the highest combination per line paying out.
The golden Wild symbol featuring a female pharaoh appears exclusively on reels 2, 3, and 4. It substitutes for all symbols except the Scatter, helping to complete winning combinations. Only one Wild can land per reel, and Wild and Scatter symbols cannot appear simultaneously on the same reel.
Land 3 Book of Gates Scatter symbols on reels 1, 3, and 5 simultaneously to unlock the Free Games bonus and receive 10 Free Games at your triggering bet, with all three extra rows revealed from the start for 32,768 ways to win on every spin. Scatters appear only in the base game. The Book of Aztec slot also awards 10 bonusspins when the dual-function Book symbol lands as a Scatter, using expanding symbols instead of extra rows to boost winning potential.
Each winning combo triggers a RESPIN and reveals one of three hidden rows sitting above the reels. Your first RESPIN unlocks an extra row, expanding your chances to 7,776 ways. The second RESPIN opens two rows, pushing you to 16,807 ways. Hit a third, and all three rows open wide, delivering a massive 32,768 ways to win. RESPINs keep rolling until no fresh win lands or every row is unlocked.
Click the BET button in the bottom control bar to open the bet selection panel. Choose your stake from 0.10 EUR up to 200.00 EUR. The selected bet applies to every spin and remains locked during Free Games at the amount that triggered the bonus.
Press the large circular SPIN button in the centre of the bottom bar to start the game. The five reels will display between 2 and 5 symbols per reel randomly on each spin. Wins are awarded for adjacent matching symbols from left to right, starting from the leftmost reel.
Any winning combination automatically triggers a RESPIN and unlocks one hidden row above the reels. The RESPIN text indicator appears in teal above the symbol grid. Winning symbols remain highlighted with a glowing effect as the feature continues, progressively expanding the reel structure.
To trigger Free Games, land three golden Book of Gates Scatter symbols simultaneously on reels 1, 3, and 5 during the base game. The bonus awards 10 Free Games with all extra rows fully revealed, guaranteeing the maximum 32,768 ways to win throughout the entire feature. Book of Crazy Chicken requires three Book symbols anywhere on the reels to activate its 10 Free Games, where one randomly chosen symbol expands to cover entire reels during the feature.
